Has anyone ever replaced a cam seal... i have not... Is it Hard? i order one yesterday and will be installing it my self i hope. if you do know what i need to do a lil help would be liked...

if it matters its on a B16A3 engine

cam SEALS on the cam gear side? or cam PLUG on the distributor side? there is 1 plug and 2 seals. both are pretty easy though.

Um...... i bought it from skunk2 two.... it has three o rings i assum its a plug

ah not bad. put motor to top dead center to relieve stress on cams. remove valve cover, remove exhaust cam rail, remove left most cam bridge that holds the plug in place. change out plug re install in reverse order. torque cam rail bolts to 15 ft lbs. each, do not over torque!!
